Welcome to the home of the Career Planning & Development Podcast, hosted by Noah Arney, a former Career Development faculty member at Thompson Rivers University.
I recorded this podcast in Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc, within Secwépemc’ulucw.
To learn more about why I use the word “career” so much or to learn a bit more about what else will live on this site, see the Career Theory and Advising page.

About the Podcast
Get tips from a Career Development Professional on planning your future career including self-assessment, labour market research, application documents, and navigating the workplace.
This podcast is aimed at Thompson Rivers University students and other university students looking to learn more about careers and professional job applications. If you are taking a Career Management course such as COOP 1000 this will provide additional concepts and support for you as you prepare for professional employment.
I will be discussing some of the most requested career management topics I talk about in guest lecturing, in my career management course, in workshops, and in one-to-one discussions with students.
